The Treasury Threat Financial Investigations and Analysis (TTFIA) Support Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) is a Treasury-wide BPA under the U.S Department of Treasury that requires expert support to assist the Office of Terrorism and Financial Intelligence (TFI) and other Treasury programs and initiatives with threat financial investigation analysis.

The BPA scope of work includes:

Researching, analyzing, and documenting complex financial, trade, and other business activities.
Assisting with the development of extensive administrative records documenting the basis for designation as a Specially Designated National.
Support for investigations of possible violations of the sanction programs administered by OFAC.
Recommending appropriate action in response to such apparent violations.
Supporting the creation of draft financial regulations relevant to the financial sanctions Program.
Analyzing complex financial and business records to support federal investigations and prosecutions.

The United States Mint (U.S Mint) Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract

The United States Mint manufactures and circulates bullion, collectible coins and national metals. The US Mint Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract is to provide an ISO-based Quality Management System (QMS) deployment to help the organization at all levels, from senior leaders to operators, to work more productive and under control. The QMS is to be implemented within the US Mint’s Manufacturing Directorates covering the four manufacturing sites at Philadelphia, Denver, San Francisco, and West Point.

The IDIQ scope of work included:
Assist in identifying and resolving support requirements for the entire ISO 9001:2015 Implementation and Certification process for the United States Mint Manufacturing Directorates. This includes enhancements to existing processes and updates as required to any existing technical documents and any new documentation. Other tasks include planning, operations, maintenance, training, and internal audits.
