The School of Athens is our forum for employee learning and development. Our focus is to provide Dynamites with an outlet to enhance their professional growth and share knowledge. Virtually all of these sessions are taught by our employees for our employees.
Dynamis Management Training Program is intended to realize the company’s vision of providing an environment where employees can grow, develop, and advance their careers. Our Dynamis leadership team teaches aspiring leaders and managers the skills necessary to lead and develop teams, manage projects, and grow the company. Selected courses are made available to all Dynamites as well.
