The Human Capital and Training Solutions Unrestricted is a Government-Wide, Multiple Award, Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (MA-IDIQ) task order contract vehicle that is the result of a partnership between the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) and the General Services Administration (GSA) in support of OPM’s Training and Management Assistance (TMA) program. HCaTS provides Federal agencies with direct access and assisted acquisition access to customized training and development services, customized human capital strategy services, and customized organizational performance improvement services. HCaTS Unrestricted has been categorized as a best-in-class (BIC) solution for Human Capital and Training Solutions since 2017. The Intermodal Security Training and Exercise Program (I-STEP) provides exercise, training, and security planning tools and services to the transportation sector. I-STEP is a federal exercise program that focuses on security in the Nation’s transportation sector. Its mission is to enhance security and reduce risk across the transportation network. I-STEP works in partnership with transportation operators to enable security partners to continuously improve the risk posture in the Nation’s transportation systems. The information gathered from I-STEP exercises, training events and workshops help shape national transportation security policy.
The Office of Biometric Identity Management (OBIM) supports the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) mission to protect the Nation by providing identity services to DHS and its mission partners that advance informed decision making by producing accurate, timely, and high assurance biometric identity information and analysis with associated biographic data. Dynamis shares OBIM’s vision of a homeland that is safe, secure, and resilient through advanced identity services, information sharing, and analysis.
The Treasury Threat Financial Investigations and Analysis (TTFIA) Support Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) is a Treasury-wide BPA under the U.S Department of Treasury that requires expert support to assist the Office of Terrorism and Financial Intelligence (TFI) and other Treasury programs and initiatives with threat financial investigation analysis.
The United States Mint manufactures and circulates bullion, collectible coins and national metals. The US Mint Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract is to provide an ISO-based Quality Management System (QMS) deployment to help the organization at all levels, from senior leaders to operators, to work more productive and under control. The QMS is to be implemented within the US Mint’s Manufacturing Directorates covering the four manufacturing sites at Philadelphia, Denver, San Francisco, and West Point.
The Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Defense (JPEO-CBRND) leads, manages and directs the development, acquisition, production/procurement, fielding and sustainment of Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, and High Yield Explosives (CBRNE) defense systems and equipment.
