The Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Defense (JPEO-CBRND) leads, manages and directs the development, acquisition, production/procurement, fielding and sustainment of Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, and High Yield Explosives (CBRNE) defense systems and equipment. The Joint Enterprise-Research, Development, Acquisition and Production/Procurement (JE-RDAP) is a multiple award IDIQ contract vehicle that has established a group of qualified contractors to provide Research, Development, Acquisition, and Production/Procurement (RDAP) services/activities.

The IDIQ scope of work includes:
Research, design, development, and production/procurement of the Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, and High Yield Explosives (CBRNE) Defense systems, capabilities, equipment, supplies and material subject to acquisition policies and guidance of the Operation of the Defense Acquisition System (DODI 5000.02) in alignment with the RDAP capabilities of the JPEO-CBD portfolio.

Seaport Next Generation (SeaPort NxG), Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract

The SeaPort Next Generation (SeaPort NxG) Contract provides Engineering and Program Management Services to units such as the Naval Sea Systems Command, Naval Information Warfare Systems Command, Naval Supply Systems Command, Military Sealift Command, Naval Facilities Systems Command, Office of Naval Research, Naval Air Systems Command, Strategic Systems Programs, and the United States Marine Corps and span the entire spectrum of mission areas and technical capabilities supported by the Department of the Navy (DON).

The IDIQ scope of work includes:

  1. Provide Engineering Services: Support the application of engineering disciplines to technically support research and development of new and existing Naval capabilities and systems, technically support development of significant alterations to existing systems, support integration and interface of existing equipment or software into different applications or platforms to support the warfighter, and support evaluation of foreign or non-developmental systems, equipment, and technologies.
  2. Provide Program Management Services: Apply business, financial management, and technical disciplines required to support planning, organizing, staffing, controlling, and leading team efforts in managing acquisition programs such that the result places a capable and supportable system in the hands of the warfighter when and where it is needed.
